Rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates are subject to a 10% occupancy tax.
NO TENT CAMPING ALLOWED.

DEPOSITS REQUIRED	CANCELLATION POLICY
Monthly: 1 Months Deposit.	Monthly: 30 days notice $50 fee.
Daily: 1 Nighs Deposit.	7 days notice $100 fee.
Daily Holiday : Prepaid 3 nights.	1 to 6 days notice, lose deposit.
Summer Daily :	Daily: 72 hour notice $25 fee.
Weekends minimum 2 nights	Less than 72 hour, lose deposit.
