Q: Where are you located and how do I get there?
A: We are located off the 5 Freeway at the J Street / Marina Parkway exit.
Coming from the East on the 8: Take 8 West to 15 South. 15 will turn into 5 South about 6 miles north of us. Exit 5 South at J Street / Marina Parkway and follow around to the right. Where the road narrows into 2 lanes, make a left on Sandpiper Way, follow just past the marina; we are on the left hand side.
From the North on 15: 15 will turn into 5 South about 6 miles north of us. Exit 5 South at J Street / Marina Parkway and follow around to the right. Where the road narrows into 2 lanes make a left on Sandpiper Way, follow just past the marina; we are on the left hand side.
From the North on 5: Exit J Street / Marina Parkway and follow around to the right. Where the road narrows into 2 lanes make a left on Sandpiper Way, follow just past the marina; we are on the left hand side.
From the South on 5: Exit J Street / Marina Parkway and follow around to the left. Where the road narrows into 2 lanes make a left on Sandpiper Way, follow just past the marina; we are on the left hand side.

Q: Do you accept pets?
A: Yes. We have a 2 pet maximum, and we ask that your pet not be over 20 lbs.
There is a pet charge of $1.00 per day, $6.00 per week, or $20.00 per month per pet. We have 4 Pet Stop areas in the park, and we require all owners pick up after their pets in all areas of the resort. Pets are not to be left unattended (inside or outside the rig) at any time during your stay, and all animals must be leashed at all times while outside

Q: Are you on the water?
A: We are located next to a public park that backs up to San Diego Bay. We are actually about 50 yards from the water. The closest beach access would be on Coronado Island.

Q: Is there a boat launch nearby?
A: There is. It is just past the marina to the right off of Marina Parkway. There is no charge.

Q: Do you have 50 AMP hook-ups?
A: All of our sites come equipped with 30 or 50 AMP plugs at the site.

Q: How big is, and what is included at the site?
A: Our back in sites are 45’ x 20’ and our pull thru sites are 60’ x 20’. All of our sites are concrete pads, and all of our roads are paved. At the site, you will have electric (30 or 50 amp), water, TV, a picnic table, and sewer hook-ups.

Q: Do you have a swimming pool?
A: Yes. And a hot tub. Our swimming pool is heated year round to 83 degrees.

Q: How far are you from downtown San Diego?
A: 8 ½ miles. And from there, most attractions are only about 10 minutes away.

Q: Do you have any tent sites?
A: Unfortunately, no. We do not allow tent camping.

Q: Can we build a fire?
A: We do not allow campfires. Charcoal and gas grills are welcome.

Q: Where do I find your coupons?
A: We have coupons in Trailer Life Directory, Woodall’s Directory, and various other RV publications. We also send out coupons through our e-mail mailing list.

Q: Do you rent RVs?
A: No we do not. To rent an RV you would need to contact a company such as El Monte RV Rentals, or Cruise America.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express, as well as Cash (US), Check, and Traveler's Checks.

Q: Do you have a dump station?
A: No,The nearest dump station is located at:
111 N. 2nd Avenue
Chula Vista, CA 91910.
There may be a small fee.
There is another one located at:
San Diego Visitor Information Center
2688 East Mission Bay Dr.
San Diego, CA 92109
There is no charge to use this station.

Q: Do you have telephone sites?
A: There are 24 telephone sites here. They are set up privately through the telephone company. (they usually will not activate for less than 30 days) Our lines are modem friendly.

Q: Do you offer free modem lines?
A: Yes. We have 2 free modem lines in our Large Clubroom. All that you would need to do is download your ISP's (Internet Service Provider) San Diego numbers.
